Has anyone had much luck with this? I opened up 5 accounts with Gomez.com (hey, I had some money to invest). All around the same date (end of April, beginning of May). for two of these accounts I saw the confirmation of the deal (no check- although I do realize that takes 3 months) but for three I hadnt. the confirmations were posted to my account about 1 week after opening them. About 3 weeks later, after already recieving my first statements from all of my banks, I sent Gomez an email asking about the other three. They said it takes 6-8 weeks for confirmation and so far they hadnt recieved word back from the others. It is now almost mid-June and still no update on the three banks. I sent them an email yesterday asking if they would check into it. I havent heard a response yet. Just wondering what others' experience with this may be. Did see a post a while back about someone else who was having a problem as well and it seemed that Apex was getting involved in resolving it.

I think I remember reading on the Gomez site that they will only let you take advantage of 3 bank deals. The point of them is to get loyal customers

According to Gomez.coms rules, you MUST click through their links on the SAME session as you sign up for the deal through them in order to get the deal. for instance, if you sign up for a bank deal to get a bonus for opening an account, it takes you to the page right then to sign up. If you are required to stop and then go back to it at a later time, Gomez will NOT honor your account! Refer to Gomez.com posted rules to read this.

Nothing bad to say about Gomez YET!!. Their customer n0~service is very slow to respond to emails, let alone researching into your account.
As for 1st.Internetbank of Indiana, they are a young (Feb-99)internet startup bank. they had program problems that charged accounts service fees. They were overwhelmed with new customer signups as well as with calls when people found they were charging $3.50 a month service fee. They said they dropped the service fees and had credited accounts. In most cases this put customers accounts UNDER the $100.00 min. daily balance required by Gomez to qualify for the rebate. See my previous post on possible scam alert. A plus is that they respond quickly to emails reguarding your account, as well as by phone to their banking specialists.
I opened my acc. in April and have been credited back all fees to my now origional $100 . Not bad $100 for 90 days intrest free on their part. Wounder how many others this happened too ?
Sorry fo the 1000 word post, but I don't have a picture.

You must indicate when applying to these banks that you are a gomez member. I missed this and now could be screwed out of two $75 bonuses.
I would say not worth the trouble but I just deposited a SWEET $201 check from casino on the net.
