I do not gurantee the OC at all but I reached 2.4 on an IT7 with only 1.65 volts so you should be able to get the same.
I prefer to sell as a combo but would part for the right price.
The chip is in perfect condition comes with the retail HSF also. THis board is great voltage up to 1.85 but you shouldnt go above 1.75. Uses raid and has a bunch of different ratios.
THe ram is pc2100 kingston value ram

$525.00 without the HSF. THe heatsink and fan comes with the delta screamer fan but you need to buy the p4 mounting gear.
