Program to change ID3 Tags?

I'll be buying an in-dash MP3 CD player soon, and I noticed when I was playing with MWP 9.0b, that some of the mp3's I've downloaded have really bloated ID3 tags. When they scroll on my car stereo, all I want is the artist and title.
Is there a good freeware prog to edit ID3 tags and leave the song data clean?

you can use tag&rename probably for a month as shareware. it woulndt be a problem to batch remove all the tags in a few minutes

You can also do it manually in Winamp.

Doing it in Winamp would take a long time. I agree with TB, use Tag&Rename and you can select which fields you want to remove and which you want to keep. Most car MP3 players will be able to display the ID3 tags so you might to keep some of those tag fields like the song name or CD title.
