Routing with 2 network cards + hub... possible?

I've got myself two ethernet cards and a 4 port Netgear EN104 hub here, and I'm looking to use my desktop to rout the ethernet to 2 laptops (and itself ). I've seen it done before, but this was a few years ago, so I have no recallation! Doing a quick search, I couldn't find any how-to's or articles online, but maybe one of you guys know how? If you know how, please explain! Or if you know where I can find an online guide, that would be great. Danke!

my uncle was doing this, i thought it was retarded because he has mad $ and could just buy a router, any who, if ur using XP it will set itself automatically, other wise you have to manually setup ICS( i think thats it )once thats set it should be smooth sailing for the comps hooked into the hub.
