30 Minute Pre-paid Phone Card Free from GTE--DSL Survey

Survey is quick and simple. Looks like they want to prequalify you for DSL, but the survey does not require any committment. Noteworthy is the fact that they indicate that you will be contacted (probably by telephone), so they will most likely try to pitch their DSL. But, hey, I don't mind finding out if they have a good DSL deal, as I am sick of 56KB and I expect to get the 30 minute phone card either way.
