    Mac user needs PC help

I need to change this keyboard from qwerty to dvorak. I can touch type in dvorak but not in qwerty, and it's a qwerty keyboad. For the record, this can be done in 2 clicks on a mac

added later: it's win XP pro

To add another keyboard layout or Input Method Editor (IME)
Open Regional and Language Options in Control Panel.
On the Languages tab, under Text services and input languages, click Details.
    Under Installed services, click Add.
In the Input language list, click the language for the keyboard layout or Input Method Editor (IME) you want to add.
Select the Keyboard layout/IME check box, if multiple options are available, and then click a service in the list.
If Keyboard Layout/IME is the only type of text service available, click an option in that list.

    Notes

To open Regional and Language Options, click Start, click Control Panel, click Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options, and then click Regional and Language Options.
There may be only one keyboard layout for some languages.
To add an IME, you must have installed it on your computer first.

    Dvorak

That's not a Dvorak keyboard. My top letters are PYFGC. I learned on a program called typing tutor. It's much faster and much better for your joints to type on a dvorak.Qwerty was designed to be slow. The designer didn't want you to "crash" his type writer. Dvorak is supposed to be as fast and least strenuous as possible
It took me about 3 months; you have to quit querty cold for that period. I can still do qwerty but it takes a sec to switch and I hate it. I pryed the keys off my lap top and rearanged them. I managed to do this with out damaging anything. I can help you with this if you PM me. Or you can just buy one if you can find it. thanks you guys

Thanks MR Head, You have made my Win XP experience much better. Now I need to start customizing it. It's funny because I type wrong only when I look at the keyboard. I hope this doesn't change the settings for the next poor sap.
