Where the hell is nomad II??!

It's already past the "first few weeks" of July and still no word from emusic about the nomad IIs. DId anyone recently send emusic an email about this and what reply did they give? I'm getting pissed now. How much longer can they delay? By the time they ship, the price will drop below $50. THIS SUCKS.

I got mine two weeks ago. Apparently, emusic seperated customers into two groups: one who received theirs two weeks ago, and the other will receive theirs later, I think sometime before August, but I'm not sure.

I got mine a while ago, maybe it was because I was one of the people in the EARLY morning to get in on it. As for my two other roomates, one got it, the other didn't yet. By other replies, I would guess you might have to wait till August

I got an email notice with tracking number last week that it was shipped on the 10th, I should get it tomorrow unless UPS decides to randomly ship it around for no reason (they did that once before).

I also got the email telling me that they were giving me a $10 credit to buy some more music.

Myself being pissed, I wrote a letter Friday, the message looks like this hope this helps:

Creative Labs has now informed us that we should expect the remaining
shipment of Nomad II players on the 25th of July. Our fulfillment
center will then begin shipping the players out immediately.

My husband got his on Monday. I haven't heard a word about mine since the "first several weeks in July" email.

I've been using his, it's smaller than I expected it to be. And the headphones are funky, they go around the back of your neck.

Also, there is also a new firmware upgrade for the Nomad II (version 1.20). For some reason, mine and my friend's would skip randomly while playing songs. And hopefully, this new firmware upgrade will fix that. Just to let you guys know...

You know, for a mere $50, this thing is pretty slick. Anyone who is upset with eMusic for this (regardless of when they got it), is a jackass in my book...

I got my player finally on Tuesday. I was going to sell it off, but now I think I am going to keep it. Cool toy and one of the best deals I have picked up on here. Still waiting for my sas maglite, someone else in the office got it today.

I ordered it on May 27th. My patience was wearing thin so I finally emailed them today and learned that my nomad was shipped to the distributor on July 19th. Then as soon as the distributor has they'll (supposedly) ship it to me immediately.
