help...I've been scammed by this co???

I am looking or really requesting anybody with expertise in tracking a company's history and the workers.

The thing is I paid 750.oo for photo shots.....It came out crappy, really bad to a point that the pictures doesn't even look like my gf. I have called the company to complain, no response. I have called my credit card to dispute this charge but some how I feel I will be stuck with it. I just need some direction on how to get more information on this company.

On my credit card bill they are known as A&D Entertainment, but there business card it says Artist Entertainment Group. Is this legit billing pratice????

I'm sure one of those is just a dba (Doing business as) they are using. It's a completely standard business practice. If your pics didn't come out as promised, then you should be okay w/ the dispute.

any suggestion? credit card company will not help I am sure of that when it comes down to customer satisfaction. all of the protection crap they offer I feel is a total waste of time.......BS to drive their reputation......
bye....bye.....750.oo , there goes my new SCSI HD, P4, DDR, U160 SCSI card, ATI 9700, sniff sniff................

I am about piss enough that if gotapex memebers can help me, I might give them part of the 750.oo, but the likelyhood of recovery is zilch......
