is this DDR ram the good stuff?

i need to buy a 512MB PC3200 memory, can someone tell me if this memory is the good stuff.

Looks like that's the right one...NewEgg has it for the same price with free shipping also, so it looks like the price is pretty competitive.

I think Newegg is an OEM version as for the gogglegear one it says RETAIL version .

Since both are about the same price, which one should I go for?
