    hiding systray icons

    is there a way in windows nt to hide a specific icon on the systemtray ? i mean so its running but you dont see it in the sys tray

    There might be some shareware thing, but I believe that was an "improvement" done on xp.

    Try this

    Give this a try:

    Start regedit.exe.
    Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
    Select the run value you want to remove (e.g., Microsoft IntelliType).
    Click Del.
    Close regedit.
