Nice tribute to the Vets

I thought this would be appropriate for Veterans Day. One of my boys from college now works at a production house in LA, and his company edits videos for some big groups such as Nelly, Master P, and 3 Doors Down to name a few. My buddy was put in charge of editing the latest 3 doors down video, and did I think and awesome job. Check it out:

Being a veteran myself, I was really touched by this video. It's rough having to leave your loved ones especially when there is chance you might die. I think he really nailed it.

Here's a link to the Windows Media version. It was down earlier so I had to move it to the Real, but now it seems to be working again.

Donnie liked it too. The pictures they showed of the wives waiting on the docks reminded me of stories of my mom and dad. He served on the Mansfied and the USS Rowan in the late 60's and 70's along with the time he did in the PBRs in Vietnam -- the stories I hear about these men... wow.
