Anybody know how to make a Black Opal?

I had one during my recent trip to Seattle... and daymn it was good. But I cant seem to find it anywhere on the net in those bartender programs...

Ingredients:
0.5 oz Gin
0.5 oz Rum
2.0 oz Sour mix
0.5 oz Triple sec
0.5 oz Vodka

Directions: Mix. Drink.

I'll try that out... just did vodka, rootbeer schnopps (mmm good) and milk.. my version of white russian... mmmmmm....
