For those of us in the US:
mid-market rates as of 2002.11.22 09:06:44 GMT:
20.00 CNY (China Yuan Renminbi) = 2.42 USD (US Dollars)
actually...when I was in china this summer...i went to mikkyd's and tried a lot of the stuff that they don't have in america. Like, they have a sweet corn pie...it's like the apple pie minus the apples, but added creme corn...it's actually really good. they also have tara root pies. OH SO GOOD. let me tell you guys. it was good times. And also...to get more chinese people to go to mikkid's. they made a rice meal for the non burger eaters...thats asia for you. And yes...the prices were at a ave of 19.80...divide that by 7.74 and you'll get what in HKD. go to hong kong...it's a really fun place!
