lasagna, garlic bread and a green salad are easy, then you could make a cheesecake for dessert. Can I come over?

Hey Hoey, I would love to see your garlic marinade recipe. My husband loves pork roast, so I always need new ways to do it. Thanks!

    since i got several requests

for pork roast - marinade over night

i take 5-8 large garlic cloves peeled (i like lots a garlic - and the olive oil sweetens it out - so use more if you like )
put them in a food processor - (or chop them pretty fine)
put that into a small bowl
add enough olive oil to cover all the chopped garlic
stir it up to coat all garlic
add 1-2 teaspoons of italian seasoning (pre mixed stuff)
or whatever you like - sage, basil, oregano, etc.
    mix it all up

the in a ziplock bag - put your pork roast (loin cut) and the garlic mixture
seal the bag squish it around so the mix coats the entire roast.

let it sit in the fridge overnight. then roast when your ready

    enjoy
