Problem with FANBUS

HELLO ALL
im having this problem with my FANBUS

i have a dual 4 port BLUE/green led fanbus
from frozencpu.com

I got this then a week later or so.........the HIGH mode which is BLUE led doesnt turn on for 3 of the switches but the green does.

The fan goes to high and low but the high which is suppose to show a blue led doesnt turn on........and thats 3 of them....

This was working before but now its not!

ANyone have any info ?
am i doing something wrong?
what should i do?

The connections for the led may have broke off. The quality on these units aren't exactly the best so its possible the led is out of place or the soldiering was shoddy.

i checked it its seems like solid.....led light looks ok.......

first time i got it it was burned in the back so i had to ship it back

Doesn't Seem like Frozen Cpu has good quality stuff......thats just my opinion...
