Yes, its not a good idea to piss off your pizza delivery driver or the store itself.
Things i have witnessed:
1. Live cockroach dropped into the dough mixer and ground into the fresh dough. The owner and managers were told that this happened, so rather than waste the dough, they took it out, marked them individually with an X in the dough, and refrigerated them. (It was about 42 pizzas) So, when we got customers who either stiffed the drivers, pissed off the order takers, who had done something to anger someone at the store....they got the special dough.
2. Pizza was taken out of the bag, box opened up for the entire drive to make it cold. (thats not too bad)
3. Spit on pizza.
4. Supposedly someone added their own special sauce when he had to return to the same customer for a third time complaining about his order. Man chowder pizza anyone? I knew the guy and he was crazy enough to do it...but I really hope he didnt, because that is over the line.
Most of the time, it was just no. 2...saw no. 3 about 20 times....no. 4 was just once.

reminds of a dream i had this morning. well, i actually did clean my whole apmt yesterday and the bathroom was so stinkin nasty. so in my dream, i dreamt that it was the following day, i go into the bathroom, and teh floor is covered with pubic hair. i freaked. all my hard work down the drain...

Typical Watertown. While I don't know anyone mentioned in the article, I've known some wacky characters from that place.
Who eats at Subway. I have some good stories. Tell me if the South West sauce still taists like spicey female nether regions. Avoid the tuna, BMTs, and cold cuts. Don't ask for extra olives. Get provolone cheeze. Avoid specialty breads (stick to white and wheat). That's about all I can remeber now
As for our common defense, we reject as false the choice between our safety and our ideals.
Well some of my roommates back in college used to work at Kenny Rogers Chicken. One of them mentioned that he walked in on his boss and one of the female co-workers using the prep table for a non sanitary use. The other roommate said he saw the same female co-worker doing her best kneel and bob inpersonation in the walk in.
A lot of the food places I worked in had similar such transgressions taking place that I either heard about or personally witnessed.

man. I used to eat the best pizza when i worked at the theater. we let the pizza guys next to us watch movies for free and they brought us pizza for free. it was so good.
