When to floss?

I floss in the morning before I brush. My wife flosses the evening before she brushes.

Anyone know when the optimal time to floss is?

I remember at one time it was said that you should brush your teeth 3 times a day. then someone came along and decided that two times a day was enough. In my opinion every individual should make there own decisions when to brush and floss for when its convenient for themselves. I know some that carry floss with them and do it when they have time. my personal preference is at night before brushing in the privacy of my home. NOT in my car while sitting in traffic...

flossing before bed is the best time, but for most people i just recommend once/day 'cause it's hard enough to get them to do that

people who don't floss once a day are just lazy and eventually it will cost them their teeth.

Hey, that's "down time" anyway. That's why I keep a roll or two in my glovebox.

You just gotta be discreet and/or do it when it's dark out.
