    what's your favorite recipe?

    for the cooks/"food-arrangers":

what's your favorite recipe (that means include the recipe)

    here's mine:
    Chi's Cheesecake
    1 egg
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
    1 bar of cream cheese
    vanilla extract (optional)

    blend all products together.
(NOTE: here's the secret part. you can use a fork or a normal blender. however, to get a richer taste, use the handblenders or anything that will whip the mixture until there's no lumps.)
bake at 300 - 350 degress until the top is golden-brown.

serve with chilled strawberries and whipped cream, and enjoy!

    3. Place steak on grill or broiling pan. Brush the steak with the butter mixture. Baste frequantly while cooking.
    4. After cooked to your desire place in a plate and slice it across the grain of your previous cuts. Pour remaining mixture on top that was set aside.

Personally I like this best on the grill...

    Panset (An easy family recipe)

    1 - 1.5 lbs. spaghetti
3 Pork blade chops, cut to 1/2" chunks (try to cut em as lean as you can)
    1 whole medium onion, diced
2 28 Oz. cans whole tomatos, cut up, or 1 28 Oz. can and 1 14 Oz. can tomato sauce
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    pepper

Cook pork well. Add onions when pork is nearly done, and sprinkle liberally with pepper. When onions have softened, add tomatos and soy sauce. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer (at least 15 minutes) while you go make spaghetti. Toss sauce with spaghetti and serve with soy sauce and pepper available.
Common sense is what tells you the Earth is flat.
