Has anyone tried this Replicant DVD Copying Software package? It claims you can copy dvds without a dvd burner to a CD-R disc. If you wanna look them up it's http://www.replicantdvd.com Just wondering if it really worked/how well it worked.

You can copy DVD movies onto a CDR, but they're not going to be of the same quality. All the software needed to do this is available free on the internet.

It calls ripping and you could burn to either VCD or SVCD. It takes longer time and quality is not as good. I love my new Cendyne DVD burner!Originally posted by heyman
