    East Coast Snow

    Well I'm stuck at home. The snow is about 12 inches high as of 2 pm and the it keeps coming down. Can't open any of my car doors unless I shovel it on top of the other snow. So by tonight we'll have 2 feet.

    How about everybody else? I know att and gear are in this area. How's it looking for you guys?

    looks like you are getting our snow.
    we are getting a big arctic plunge of cold air and it is pushing the snow stuff down on you guys. LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW, LET IT SNOW.

    I heard from one of our stores in PA that they upgraded the forcast to 36 inches by tonight.

    Consider yourselves lucky, all we ever get is an inch of sleet followed by just enough snow to turn my car into an air hockey puck.

    i hear ya, lookin at 2 feet, and also a state order keeping any motorist from driving on state roads fining you 1k if they catch u.


    also, since i live in a condo community, i never bothered to buy a shovel.... big mistake i think. I gotta figure out a way to dig out. Also, supposedly there's a heat wave coming in right after this...so all the snow's supposed to melt like cray, clogging the drains.


    what a waste of snow...
    already a holiday tomorrow.....
    man....wish this happened about 24 hours later than it started.

    Well of course there is no snow in CA, BUT my companies headquarters is in like delaware and there are all snowed there according to the 2 people from my office who are out there this weekend and it sucks!

    It's 56 degrees right now (10pm) here in SoCal, but it'll hit a chilly 46 degrees tonight. It was about 75 degrees and sunny today.

    Really? There's a ban on anyone driving on state roads? Is this MD or VA? Yah I also live in a condo and they plowed it once. I didn't buy a shovel but I always meant to since the snow before. I used a dust pan to try to get to my car but it broke. my Gameboy is inside!!! Oh the humanity!!!

    It snowed here in Utah for about 45 seconds, then turned to rain. Our skiers are real happy, hehe.

    but a couple friends actually walked 2.5 miles to my place with a shovel and helped me out
