what's the deal with pens that write like all over the paper, then you get to a certain part of the paper and it writes partially and then just stops? then of course you scribble on another piece of paper or somewhere else and it writes fine again...but then you write on the paper where you need it to and it stops again. so you scribble again somewhere and it's fine...so then you try to scribble the actual letters on the paper where you need to write and it stops again.
how does it know?

Maybe it's not the pen but that spot of the paper that's messed up. Try writing right next to that spot.
