I'm considering buying one of these new dell printers. I've been looking for an inexpensive allinone machine.

Are there other offers/stackable coupons that can be used with it? How's the print/scan resolution? I just bought my wife an Inspiron 8200 laptop, and if this is pretty nice, it may be a good combo for her teacher-ly needs.
Print resolution is 4800 x 1200? Or am I mistaken?
Wonder which cartridge refills it takes and how pricey they are....
And I wonder how it does on pictures, Should be pretty good at that res....

You probably won't have any first had reply's as to quality since they just came out. I'm not 100% sure of this, but my understanding is that they are actually made by Lexmark for Dell, so they're really lexmark printers with Dell's name on them.
My understanding is it's a Lexmark X5150 All-In-One.

Looks nice, but i wouldn't want it if it is a Lexmark. To dang hard to find really inexpensive ink for them (compared to HP or Epson).
