Wondering if anyone has either of these games, and are tired of them. I really need a new game, and I'm looking to get into either one. Thanks a lot.

Dont get Everyquest as its outdated and youll have to get the 20 expansions in order to enjoy it...
Dark Age of Camelot is a fun game, but you might as well wait for Everquest 2, Star wars Galax, or Horizons...
Friend got Shadowbane last nite, and it still looks the same as when I beta tested it, so Im holding off till one of the three come out mentioned above...
If you had to choose a game atm, I would go with Shadowbane...I enjoyed the beta, just the graphics disturbed me. It has great game play, that surpases DAoC and EQ, and you can level fast. I did a /who on a server at my friends house, already lvl 50's. Personally, I attained lvl 20 in a day, but the game isnt focused on that. It circles around pvp, which is fun....
read some reviews on all of them... and sign up for the beta for horizons as it will be great.

Beta 3 for Star Wars GalaxiesStar Wars Galaxies is just about to start, and I've been in since Beta 2. It is great. There is a link for applying right on the page I linked. You also might want to check out Worlds of Warcraft, but I don't know that link and am not in the beta (I always miss Blizzard betas because the applications are only open for a few days).

Already did Star Wars, was looking for a link for Horizons. Thanks.

I've been playing Earth and Beyond from Westwood. It's a science-fiction based MMORPG, and it's a lot of fun. They had a slow start but it is getting a bit more popular (and they are adding a lot more in the next few monthly patches). They have a 1-week demo you can play, then you have to register with a code that costs $15. Or you can go to Frys and buy it for $9.99. The monthly charges are $12.95/mo.
They don't have much PvP yet, but true PvP may come to a couple areas in the EnB universe in the future. They have 4 different Galaxies to play on - Andromeda (too many fanbois in this one), Pegasus (a lot of Europeans play on here), Galileo (I play in this one) and Orion (Decent galaxy, not great but decent).
There is also EVE, but that is in it's 5th beta and there are still bad problems with it that they haven't resolved. I'm in the Beta and I am very disappointed with it so far (it's a massive time-waster). I could say more about it, but I'd be violating my beta non-disclosure agreement. It's mostly PvP, but it is very complex and cumbersome (and dark - almost gothic-like). I personally would not consider playing it until they are at least 6 months into it - they might have some things fixed by then.
I think over again
My small adventures, my fears.
The small ones that seemed so big,
For all the vital things I had to get and to reach.
And yet there is only one great thing, the only thing:
To live to see the great day that dawns,
And the light that fills the world.
