CDR-Win should be able to produce an exact copy of a CD. If that doesn't work, a standalone burner will definitely work. What you will need to do is copy the contents to an image on your hard drive using CDR-win as a .bin and .cue file. Then you can burn that image and you SHOULD be okay.

CDrwin wont work. Use CloneCD, it reads subchannels.
CDRWIN will work. I have done it many times. However, it may be dependent on your burner.
BTW, not all burners will work with CloneCD, especially older ones.

It deoends on the copy protection. You will not be able to make a back up of a game with CDrwin. Any copy protection that uses subchannels will not work with cd-rwin.
what is sub channels
and how does this copy pertection work

I do the hard way by making it into an ISO file and then use Nero to burn!
