    Smile Dell 18" LCD for $382 +tax

    http://accessories.us.dell.com/sna/p...4&sku=320-0469

    Happy early bday to me....
    " "

    $600 - $150 instant discount
=$450 in cart -%15 coupon (beg, borrow or steal this coupon*)
    =$382 + tax
    =around $415 CA shipped!

FYI: Dells site is showing 30 ms timing, but people are reporting that manufacturers timings are 25ms. Nothing but positive reviews on this monitor in the forums I've visited. People state no or very little ghosting.

    * Note: I do not condone the actual stealing of coupon codes . Please ask politely and if that doesnt work you can call dell and ask for it. They have given codes to existing customers.

Thats double the 18" and way out of my price range. This is a very good deal and may be backordered. You a have a couple of hours to take adavantage.

Yep, I picked up 3 of these on the last monitor deal last month. Dam fine monitors!

Hope this ends up being as nice as people say. I really need to stop buying stuff I don't really need. Now there is nothing I really need.
It is done..... hopefully...until the next thing goes on sale. Whatever!

At first I was reluctant to buy this monitor but now that I have it setup it was a really good decision. I have it hooked up right now using the DVI sitting right next to my Samsung SyncMaster 955DF CRT (very nice) monitor. The difference is incredible, way beyond what I expected. I doubt that I will be able to ever use a CRT comfortably again. Good thing I bought 5 of these and convienced my work to buy the other 4 off of me so I can have one of these bad boys at work too.

So if a deal like this comes up again and any of you have been reluctant to get one of these I suggest you go for it if you have the money.

I have the exact same setup.

Ah grasshopper, you have good taste but do you have deal finding skillz to go with it? 955df for $152 shipped from dell a while ago.

This LCD does put the 955DF to shame. I wish SS would get their dark grey background black like the sonys and this LCD.

    Good find jel!

You may want to look on the deal on the deals page. For only $200 more you can get this same monitor with a system (barebones, but still good for someone needing a cheap computer) and a free Palm Zire, printer or digital camera. Even if you don't need those things, get them, sell them and you have your 18" LCD for pretty darn cheap.
