Do you click on the link and then on your country from the line at the bottom? That's how you get in. I was able to click on the link OK.

It may be dead - I clicked on US then scrolled down to the bottom left entered the code and got "his key code is not available for "Quick Order" at this time. Please call our customer service at 1-800-758-1337 or mail in the catalog mail order blank to place you order and receive your catalog's offer". Maybe they'll still take the code over the phone.
