    Question Is there a law that explicitely states that ...

    water coolers or water fountains have to be available in medical/dental offices?

    If there is it would be in your municipal codes, so go look it up.

    I hate to ask, but why do you need to know this???..and in NYS I don't think there is any kind of across the board mandate on it, but more of an Option for the medical offices.

    i got some $ on it that he hadda pee in a cup and wasn't able to perform his duties...and he wanted to blame the clinic
