    Quick & Easy

I need some quick and easy meal ideas. NO tv dinners. I'm getting sick of macaroni & cheese, plain rice, p&j sandwiches, etc.

I have two I do pretty frequently...

    Alfredo noodles N' Chicken/Turkey

Pretty simple. Get a package of Alfredo noodles, the ones where you add milk and butter and then boil. Cook em up, chop up some already cooked Chx/Tur, toss it in and voila, good grubbage. Or get some grilled chicken at store (or make it yourself ahead of time) and use that.

    Tuna-Rice dish

May sound kinda odd, but its pretty damn good, and takes less than 10 minutes from start to finish.

Take two cans of Cream of Celery soup, one can of water and bring to boil. Add 2 cups rice and a can of tunafish. Cover and let sit until it thickens. Mmmm good. Fairly healthy too. Cream of Cel soup isnt bad, well, except for a tad bit of sodium!

Pan fry chicken breasts with diced zuchini in olive oil, and spread some pesto and parmesan cheese over the chicken.

If that doesn't do it for you then just head down to a local tavern and see what they have for happy hour.

Buy a steak, chicken breast, whatever... fry in pan. Then, pour in half a can of soup (I prefer something like potatoes and chives but I guess any can do) and let simmer. Cook a pot of rice. Put rice onto a big plate, put meat of choice on and pour soup over it.

    quick & easy

    Best place to look is in Men's Health under the section;

    A man
    A can
    A plan

They usually have some cool no-brainer meals.

But than another option is to walk over and sit my butt down at one of the many bar's here and order. Beer out of the tap is always better !

well if you haven't done pasta, that's the easiest thing to do as well.
add a pan fried chicken and some frozen veggies to the red sauce...and bam.

or plain rice??? buy some kimchi or pour a little soy sauce

a few of them and althought they took me a little bit more than 30 minutes ~45, but the result were delicious....

Gotta love the george! Get some chicken breasts, put 'em in a baggie with worcestishire, pepper and lawry's, shake 'em up a bit and grill em.

You could do some simple stir-fry.

I cube up some chicken, and chop whatever fresh vegie I want. Put a bit of oil in a pot, and when it's hot, add a few cloves of garlic (minced) When the garlic smells good, add your chicken and cook until no longer pink. Turn the heat up to high and add a few dashes of soy sauce. Add your vegies and stir fry until tender-crisp. Serve over rice. Easy and healthy!

I just take some chicken and marinate it with teriyaki sauce for a little while, then have stir-fry. Just add whatever frozez veggies you want and stir fry it and serve with rice. Easy meal.

Variations of pasta are always easy.
