i'm so nervous!! i'm interviewing with a company that i really wanna work for tomorrow, and it's going to be a crazy day! starts at 8am (i have to leave at 6:30am to make it there in time), and it's 3 interviews in a row. and they're tech interviews too, which makes me nervous because i'm always afraid they're going to ask a simple question, and i'm just going to totally blank on the answer.

*fingers crossed*

on the up point, i'm finally getting interviews! now if i can only wrangle a few offers before graduation...

Firts of, congratulation!!!! Second, do not be too nervous.....remember you are not working for free and they are not
a charity...it's mutual benefit. And remember first impression is everything, of course I do not have to tell you this....it's just a reminder. Do not put too much makeup and/or perfume. And always be positive, do not answer anything in a negative way. And since they are going to be a tech interview, do not B.S. They will get you
just answer honestly and in the best way you can. Remember, it's not what you know, but rather how fast can you adapt/learn the new technology. Whatever you learn in school is already obsolete...more or less....well, that is my 1.5 cents....and good luck

anyone know how that saying came about? seems to me that breaking a leg is not so good luck.

well, you'll be fine. those early morning trips suck...and then they hit you with interviews after interviews...

wow, that was definitely interesting! i couldn't sleep the night before, because i was so nervous, so i went through a 5 hour inteview day on 3 1/2 hours of sleep. so i was drinking a lot of tea and caffeine on the drive there! i think it went really well overall though... i really clicked with the first woman, and she totally loved me. the 2nd guy it was kinda hard to tell, but i think he was fairly responsive and liked me as well. last person asked most the tech questions, and i could't really answer many of them. she asked a lot of questions that were looking for definitions or specific details, and i've always been concerned with doing things and making them work for me, then knowing exactly how to explain it in words. and she also asked some questions about classes i completely forgot (beats me what the definition is for a semaphore & mutex... that was 2 years ago! with a horrible teacher!) but, i think she was pleased with my leadership skills/experience, and some of the projects i'd worked on, so hopefully that outweighed my lack of definitions.

either way, i fell more in love with the company while i was there, so i REALLY hope i get an offer!! i'll let you guys know if i hear anything! thanks for all the support!!!

good luck "tempts the gods" and causes bad luck, so negative
