    Arrow I hope this turns out well

    I just put it in the oven - lime garlic chicken. If it turns out well I'll post the recipe.

    Not specifically - I'm going to an all-day thing at a friends tomorrow, and I'd like to take some to share, in addition to what I'm already slated to take. Mygrrrl will be there, but her mom may not be.

    I just took it out of the oven - the lime is too over-powering. I'll stick with lemon I think. I'm going to try a few different recipes today and decide which if any to take tomorrow.

    next time try a beer/orange juice combo for a chicken marinade.

    Thanks I've made several of these to take today - prep is done, oven is heating.
