    Its freaking hot iright now

Ok, so i am sitting here on my compute and I just happen to look at my thermometer...I knew it was hot in here, but it is 82 degrees in my room at 11:24pm! This is unbearable and due to someones craziness I am not allowed to turn on our air conditioning!

    UGH.....this is not fun.
Welcome my son, welcome to the machine...Where have you been? It's alright we know where you've been....

It's was over 100 degrees outside yesterday. Today it's like a more bearable 80 something. I think being in 100 degree weather did something to me, 80 something feel cool and relaxing.

Gee, it was a 108 here on base... Pretty sure it was hotter at the airport and on the strip. It normally runs 7 degrees hotter than us down there.

    And it's 8:40 and it's 93 outside right now.

I think there might be one other person on this board that might have had it hotter.

Not me! AC is #1 on my to-spend list. I don't care if its 112 outside (which it hit the other day), I'm growin' icicles in this house!

Fortunately I have a single story. Why people ever have a 2-story house in AZ baffles me, I know folks that spend $350-400 on electricity in the summer.

The last couple of summers have been brutal - I hit $220 last august. And worth every penny. I have friends that try to save on A/C and it baffles me why they are so worried about the cost at the expense of their own comfort, but have no problem dropping $50 at a bar on a Saturday night.
