Good Guys pricematch status reports

While it looks like the Amex Blue thing won't work (good lookin' out, Rammstein), I'm interested to see if this thing is working for anyone. While it isn't a pricematch in the literal sense, it would be really great for someone looking to upgrade a car audio system, for instance. Remember that you're not getting cash, so it's more of a "percent off" discount.
Anyway, if anyone's pulling this one, post here and let us know how it went. Being on-site (again!) this week, the nearest Good Guys is a bit of a drive, so I have to have some evidence that it's worth it!

Just went to the GG on 19th Ave in San Francisco. I tried to get the same deal on the Kenwood that apex got on the kenwood receiver in torrence but no luck. It must be a local store B&M.
