Silly question, but what exactly is the difference between Dell Home, and Dell Small Business? Both seem to carry Inspiron and Latitude notebooks (Inspiron seems more suited towards home users, while Latitude is for businesses from what I've gathered).

Are there any specific requirements to ordering from Small Business, and/or is it cheaper to go that route?
