Ok, my diet is horrible. It consists mostly of grains. breakfast is usually cereal, muffins, or rice and egg. Lunch is usually a sandwich (nothing great, just sandwiches like pb&j). Dinner is food like Mac & Cheese, or rice with something, if I'm lucky I'll have some meat or fish.
What I notice from my diet is more fruits and vegies.
Since I have no clue about this stuff, I was hoping someone knew of an online place that has food /cooking ideas.
