    Sim City 4

I went out and bought it - I hadn't even realized that there was a new one out until somebody on this board pointed it out to me.

anyways, I am having a lot of trouble keeping my budget in the black in this game. I thought that the other ones (2000, 3000 unlmtd.) were always difficult as the city was young - but it seemed like once you got the wheels turning it wasn't so difficult anymore. Maybe it's just because I haven't been able to sell power or any utilities for that matter. But like - so many more things cost money to upkeep now that it doesn't seem like the revenues from rent will ever be enough to pay for all the services (power, water, schools, health, parks etc) that they require. Especially since you NEED fire stations now. I don't know, did anybody else have this problem?

The trick is don't build it unless it is needed when it comes to things that cost, police, fire, hospital, school, etc. Ag areas are great too.
