soundblaster and viper v770tnt2 (non ultra)

Howdy fuz and other folks:

Just curious on 2 things-what are the best drivers available for soundblaster 64 and the viperv770tnt32mbagp (non ultra). Are there better video drivers that i can use?Also, the K7m does not support 4x, i dont even know if i am at 2x. How can i enable or check this. I want to get the most out of this card. If this beeping doesnt stop, i am seriously going to chuck this mb out my car window on the expressway on the way to work and get something else. Any recommendations? It kinda sucks too cause that bios flash allows me to drop an 850 in it. Oh well-will try that technique tonight fuz and let you know-I think i have an isa nic card or a wimpy 235watt power supply laying around, and from the looks of the posts or lack there of it looks like this scsi card will go on ebay DOH!

Check out the MB newest BIOS update. I think it disables the alarm. Also if you remove any cards or components it will give you the intuder alarm. Yeha it get's anoying. Easiest wasy to fix it is to leave it runnin and don't remove any cards.. lol
