    Need help from Business Law Attorney

    Okay, I'm in the middle of leasing a commercial property and need help finalizing this lease agreement. I've read over it a couple times already, but have some questions regarding the wording/vocabulary within the lease.

    Does anyone know of or is an attorney in the field of business law?
