Thanks for the help a few days ago (I booted from CDrom and installed the OS) but know my 3.5" drive won't run. Any suggestions? I've swapped out the drive and the connector with new ones and it still doesn't recognize the Floppy Drive. Also, I was wondering how to change a partition's size after you install the OS on your HD. It would only recognize around 8400 MB on a 30 gig HD and it still said that I had to make a smaller partition for NT 4.0 to load on it (I made it 1000MB). Now it's almost full and I need my full HD. Any help will save me a bunch of time - Thanks

Well, as for changing the partition with stuff already installed on it, I have never done it but it sounds like a pain in the ass. You have to get special software (I think partition magic works) and even then you need to back everything up because you still run the risk of losing your data. I would think it would be easier just to use fdisk and then reinstall the os, or back up what you have, fdisk, and then reinstall. As for the floppy, the only thing I can think of to try right now is putting it in another computer. If you have another one at home or at a friends house with a working floppy you could swap your in and check to make sure your your floppy drive works. At least that will help you narrow down where the problem is at.

Partion magic will work for what you are needing at this time. But back up just in case....
As for the floppy, did you check the power and ribbon cables? Make sure you have the ribbon on tight and right (red toward the power supply) Sounds silly but ppl over look silly stuff....
