HELP-- MSN Problem

Need Help. Girlfriend's husband recently died in an accident. He took care of everything--and had been only one who used the computer. Now she is trying to fend for self. I said I would try to help with with the computer (among otherv things several of her statements are on the computer). But while she knows that she has an account with MSN as internet provider, she does not know names or password. Actually she also does not even know if dialup or DSL. I tried and I could not find a telephone number for her to call MSN to get MSN Support Help (seems like she has to be signed in with MSN to get information).

Would appreciate information on telephone numbers or to whom to call or write to.
