Crunch it Now and dcsonic2k are probably the only ones who can relate to this, but up here in seattle, at the southcenter mall, there is this one store who always has advertisers standing on the street corner. One week it has it's grand opening sale, and the next, it has it's going out of business sale. This goes on perpetually, and I hate it. BTW, is it even legal to do that?

It is legal as long as the name of the store changes.

There are stores around here in Maryland that do the same thing. Especially these rug stores. They've only been going out of business for the last 2 years!
