How does this position difer from Tech support specialist I?

At 2nd level we would deal with the "innereds" (is that a word?) of the software more, along with database rebuilding and config errors. We are able to talk directly to the programmers/developers of the software.

And the most important thing is that I am now going to have INTERNET at work...

Oh and I was the only female promoted too
