I am extremely irritated with AllAdvantage. They never sent me my October 1999 check, and all attempts to get that check since then have been met with gross stupidity. For a while, they simply replied that I didn't have enough that month (by that time it was December) to get a check yet, they didn't understand that I meant October, despite me saying it several times in each email. Then, when I finally got it through to them, they said that they were reissuing the check (by now it was Jan), but the new check never made it here. Finally, I got someone who was so dumb, that they cancelled and reissued my March check, even though I had the March check in my hand. I never mentioned March in my email, just October! Now I have two checks that they haven't sent me, October and March (I never got the reissued one of either of them).
Does anyone else have this problem? I called their Viewbar Technical support to try to get them to transfer me to the billing dept, but the billing dept does not have a phone! I am close to the point of contacting Better Business Bureau, or taking them to small claims court.
