Found gotapex by shear luck(you need more links to your site!)...Staples $20+$30 off was one day late. I called them and customer service went out of her way to get manager approval. GOT MY CHAIR...fabulous!

You must be the only person on this board that loves Staples. I've got no real beef with them, but I have no love for them.
I'm glad you have had a good experience with them. It shows that they have at least some scruples.

Actually, with all these staples fiascos, I've never had a poor experience with staples....which is amazing....

actually i have not had any problem with staples customer support, I called them once regarding a coupon, and they were really cool about it, they credited my account and somehow didn't charge me for a joystick I had in the order as well. I haven't ordered from them in a while, but I would definitely do so again.
