STAPLES -Customer service is no#1

Found gotapex by shear luck(you need more links to your site!)...Staples $20+$30 off was one day late. I called them and customer service went out of her way to get manager approval. GOT MY CHAIR...fabulous!

You must be the only person on this board that loves Staples. I've got no real beef with them, but I have no love for them.

Hey Uellis,

Search for "staples" in the forum and you'll see that there was a fiasco against Staples a few months ago... And pretty much everybody hated them ever since

Actually, with all these staples fiascos, I've never had a poor experience with staples....which is amazing....

actually i have not had any problem with staples customer support, I called them once regarding a coupon, and they were really cool about it, they credited my account and somehow didn't charge me for a joystick I had in the order as well. I haven't ordered from them in a while, but I would definitely do so again.
