I don't think I've ever been cussed out by an angry Peurto Rican woman before this, but when I called Dirt Devil to figure out where my goddamn vaccuum was, she lost it and started screaming into the phone, something about 15 days for a shipment, and all sorts of other nonsense. She wouldn't give me a tracking number or anything. This is total BS, I know you get a tracking number when you ship something.
What ever did happen to the term Customer Service? She was making it sound like I was inconveniencing her or something. Has anyone had something take 15 days to ship UPS ground? Unheard of!

that sucks! (not the vacuum cleaner of course). I get furious when "customer service" reps cop a 'tude. They need to come out with electro-telesets so that you can zap the other side. Attitude? BZZZZZZ!

you ought to call them up and speak to a supervisor. i'm on the phone all day at work escalating problems to higher the higher authorites at various companies, and now when someone pisses me off, i'm already in that mode carried over from work, and i give them hell.
