its a site you go to before you make a purchase because if its on this sites' list and you link to it from the site you'll get the stated percentage back as cash. the site also has a good deal of codes like $20 off a $75 purchase at office depot. look up a store you'll be shopping at anyway to see how much money you can save by linking through ebate.
