Ah, the legitimate way of gambling. However, the chance of you losing everything you've got is way lower, unless you're buying on margins.

Gotta love Waterhouse. Many people bitch about how slow they are, but I have Ameritrade and Etrade accounts as well and Waterhouse seems to be more reliable. Plus they're giving me over 5% on my Checking/Stocks account.
For anybody who has over 2K in a checking account you might want to considering moving it to Waterhouse. You can use the $ in your checking account to trade stocks. And when you're not trading it grows at over 5%. I was doing well until a couple of my biotechs pulled back 2 weeks ago.

I've been a student for the past 6 years (please don't laugh), which means my parents, mastercard and visa sponsor me. I can't WAIT till I have 2K in my checking account!

i've been off of Apex for a while (did i prove i'm not 100% addicted yet?), but i'm back...very temporarily. I am also a gambling addict...or was. In a period of about...three nights, i lost (get this) about 1300 dollars!! Of course...i had just won all of that money from the casino the previous night, so it's not too bad (i think i might've shared this story before).
