Has anyone else noticed the new behavior in all the Clear Channel sites: the default text in the keyword search box ("Search/Keyword/Artist") no longer disappears when you click in that box but has to be manually erased?
It could be just one more thing we have to do or it could be a bug. If it's the latter I have little hope of it being fixed. Consider the bugs that have been around all year:
1. If you click "here" where it says "Click here to go to the 933 VIP Rewards home page" after you get your code, it logs you out.
2. When you log in to KGB, Rock, or KOGO and enter a keyword, it says "you must be logged in" and prompts you for your login and password a second time.
3. If you happen to share a computer with another account holder of the stations mentioned in number 2 above, it not only logs you out but logs them back in and gives you their keyword. It happens to me every day: Person one logs out, person two logs in and enters a keyword, and it always gives me person one's code and logs them back in.
4. On KYXY when you do the "listen live" bonus site you have to click OK on a couple of error messages because the bookmark points to a site no longer active. This too has been going on for at least a year.
Should someone contact the station? Actually, I did email Clear Channel's tech support twice about problems 2 & 3 and never got a reply. Further, AFTER the first time I emailed them (when only KGB and Rock were affected) another station (KOGO) started having it. Yes, alerting them to the problem only made it worse.

I noticed the same behavior also and thought was my computer too. I think is is a bug. It would be nice to let Clear Channel know about it and maybe they can fix it.

I've talked to them about it when at a radio station remote....the answer I got was that the points programs software is not managed locally, but back at HQ.
