I need a new power supply

Hi -- I've tried looking through old posts, and I can't find an answer to my question that I'm satisfied with -- I need a new power supply -- I want a good one but I would like to keep the price down.

I currently have 3 cd drives, 2 hdds, 5 fans (and 4 pci cards and 4 usb ports that are in use most of the time if that matters).

The one I have now must have been really crappy seeing as how it came with my $20 case (400watt ps) and it no longer works.

Any suggestions?

I recently purchased this PS from newegg for my file server: 4 HDs, 1 CDR, 1 DVD, 2 80mm case fans, Pentium 4-1.6A.

I can't discuss its longevity, since I've only had it for about a month, but it's VERY VERY quiet and my system is perfectly stable.
