I know a few people that work for eHarmony, if you have any questions let me know, I can ask 'em for ya and get some answers for those questions.
As a postscript to my experience (thanks for the link, Nija), my subscription expired and I did not renew.
Chickenhawk, if you want more info from a customer of eHarmony's, PM or email me. (Somehow, I think the opinions of people who work for the company may be a bit skewed.)
I had some pretty wacky experiences with eHarmony people since December, and when I'm up to it I'll post them here.

Well, I'm not talking about dating experiences, I'm talking about if you want to know about the inner workings, how the CSRs interact with customers, how billing and stuff like that works. I'm not talking about asking CSRs if they think this eHarmony thing is great.
